Agreement

These terms govern your use of DocHub, a personal document vault provided by iNOTRO Multiservices Private Limited (“iNOTRO”, “we”, “us”). By signing in or using DocHub, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

DocHub helps you organize, manage, and access your important documents. You sign in with your Google account. When you connect Google Drive, DocHub uses the drive.file permission to work with the specific files you open or create with the app. DocHub does not receive access to the rest of your Google Drive.

Your account and documents

You need a Google account to use DocHub. You are responsible for activity under that account and for the documents you store or open with DocHub. You keep ownership of your documents. You confirm that you have the rights needed to store and manage those files.

Acceptable use

Use DocHub only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to store or share content you do not have the right to use, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access files or accounts that are not yours.

Google services

Google Sign-In and Google Drive are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. You can revoke DocHub’s access from your Google Account permissions at any time.

Availability

DocHub is provided “as is”. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. To the extent permitted by law, iNOTRO is not liable for loss of data, loss of access, or other damages arising from your use of DocHub. Files in your Google Drive remain subject to your Google account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
