Account & Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your DocHub account and the personal information we hold.
How to request deletion
Email info@inotro.co.in from the Google account you use with DocHub. Use the subject line “DocHub account deletion”. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something for longer.
What we delete
We delete your DocHub account information, including the name, email address, and Google account identifier we received through Google Sign-In, and other personal information we hold for that account.
Google Drive files
Files stored in your Google Drive stay in your Google account until you delete them there. DocHub’s drive.file permission only covers files you use with DocHub. Revoke that access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
